Can I upgrade my VPS?

Of course you can! You can open a ticket at any time and our team will help you out in the process, also please do keep in mind that if you do a full upgrade (meaning, you also upgrade the disk space), it won't be possible to downgrade, you can only make it bigger.

Is the service DDoS protected?

Yes it is! All of our services are DDoS protected by default, plus, we develop in-house our application filters and have a great selection of already applied by default ones! Please get in touch if you're unsure about the supported application or what configuration to use.

What applications does the filtering handle?

Many of the most popular applications all have application-specific filtering, like Minecraft, TeamSpeak3, FiveM, and many more, if you're unsure about the support for a specific application, please get in touch with our support team.

Should your application not be supported, do not panic, please get in touch with our team and we'll develop a filter for your specific situation.

Can I bring my own IPs? (BYOIP)

Yes you can! We can announce the subnet for you, or you can use a VM as BGP router and get a BGP session with us if you wish to use your own ASN.

The setup is 50€ in any case.

The ongoing maintenance cost will be +30€/mo if you want a BGP session, or +20€/mo (per subnet) if you decide to let us announce it.

Lastly, you can bring a maximum of 3 subnets, additional fees will be calculated if you require more.

How is the service billed?

All VPS plans are billed on a monthly basis, the period starts as soon as the service is ordered, and counts a full 30 days from there on.

Can I get a custom plan?

These plans were never meant to be customisable, we prefer to stick to the predefined plans, although if you have very specific requirements please do get in touch, our team will work out a solution for you.
